Wie is Grafi-Call Leiden?
|
Grafi-Call bestaat al sinds 1980 en is al die tijd gevestigd in Leiden, Zuid-Holland.
Voorheen waren wij voornamelijk aktief in de grafische wereld (vandaar de naam Grafi-Call) waar we fotozetmachines, hoog resolutie scanners, printers, monitoren en computers verkochten.
Sinds 1990 zijn wij naast reparatie ons volledig op de desktop computers, notebooks en desktop computer onderdelen markt gaan richten met levering aan consumenten, bedrijven en overheidsinstellingen.
Onder de naam Graficall Postorder leveren wij thans knoopcellen als horloge batterijen en lithium batterijen.

KVM staat voor Keyboard (toetsenbord), Video en Mouse (muis). De switches hiervoor zorgen ervoor dat u met 1 set (monitor, muis en toetsenbord) meerdere PC's kunt besturen. Normaal gesproken is er voor elke PC een monitor, toetsenbord en muis nodig om hem te kunnen bedienen, KVM switches maken dit dus overbodig. KVM switches zijn er ook in de omgedraaide variant, dan worden er meerdere toetsenborden, muizen en monitoren op 1 PC aangesloten. Dataswitches zorgen ervoor dat dat u bijv. twee meerdere printers op 1 pc kunt gebruiken terwijl er maar 1 aansluitpunt op de PC aanwezig is. Vroeger ging het schakelen tussen de diverse apperatuur nog handmatig tegenwoordig wordt er steeds meer autosensing gebruikt waardoor het gebruik wat transparanter wordt en benaderen dataswitches steeds meer het idee van volwaardige hubs (soms worden ze ook datahubs of KVM hubs genoemd).
